Clean bedroom

How long is each cleaning session?

For each home, we estimate a 5-hour cleaning time, that does not include a 30-minute break.

How many Happy Helpers come to my house?

Depending on the size of the home and the requests of our clients, we send a minimum of 2 Happy Helpers for every home. We adjust and add as the home gets bigger and the tasks that needs to be done gets more complex.

What's included in the each of the services?

Deep Clean
Our Deep Clean includes the following:

  1. Wipe down, cleaning and organization of kitchen.
  2. Sweeping and mopping of bedroom, living room, and dining area.
  3. Sweeping and mopping/wiping of all floor area, walls, cabinet doors and ceiling corners.
  4. Total scrubbing and disinfecting of bathroom.
  5. Cleaning of inside windows.
  6. Changing of sheets in the bedroom and vacuuming.
  7. Dusting and wiping of tables and open shelves and the items on it. (Closed cabinets and closets are NOT included.)
  8. Vacuuming of sofa and bed if needed.
  9. NOT included – cleaning inside appliances, shower curtains, organize inside cabinets and cupboards    


Post Construction Cleaning   
This package is applicable for newly constructed homes. Our Post Construction Clean is for homes that have been newly built or newly renovated. (If your home has been lived in already and no construction/renovation work was done, you would fall under the Move-In/Out Clean.)

  1. Rate only covers cleaning the home. If you would like us to organize your home such as unpack items from boxes or organize items into shelves/cupboards, etc, we can offer this at an additional price.
  2. Number of Happy Helpers allotted to your home is only for cleaning. If there is any special request (such as organizing, unpacking, etc), please note that they may not finish within the schedule allotted and over time would have to be charged. For special requests, not involving cleaning, please inform us so we can send the appropriate number of Happy Helper
  3. We require that minimal things and furniture are in the home so that we can clean your home properly and efficiently.
  4. We highly recommend that all construction/renovation work should be completed before we clean. This is also to ensure that we can clean your home properly. We do not do any rework (or re-cleaning) when the contractor is not yet done.
  5. Please ensure that there is minimal or no debris left by the contractor. We do not dispose debris such as wood, paint cans, etc.
  6. We do not remove paint stains.
  7. We can only reach up to a maximum of 10ft (using a ladder). We do not use scaffolding.
  8. The cost quoted does NOT include cleaning the following: garage, outside of the window, garden/yard. If you would like us to clean the garage and garden, kindly indicate this in the total floor area to be cleaned.
  9. We will add a premium for homes that have a lot of glass such as glass windows, staircase, etc, pending an ocular.
  10. For homes 250sqm and bigger, price is only estimate pending an ocular visit.


Move-In/Out Cleaning
Our Move-In/Out Clean is for homes that need cleaning before moving in or for clients who are moving out of their old home.

  1. Rate only covers cleaning the home. If you would like us to organize your home such as unpack items from boxes or organize items into shelves/cupboards, etc, we can offer this at an additional price.
  2. Number of Happy Helpers allotted to your home is only for cleaning. If there is any special request (such as organizing, unpacking, etc), please note that they may not finish within the schedule allotted and over time would have to be charged. For special requests, not involving cleaning, please inform us so we can send the appropriate number of Happy Helpers

Subscription Service
This package is for those who would like to have a regular cleaning for the home. Please ask us about the details of this package and we will gladly email you.


Hyla Vacuum Cleaning (Mattress, Carpet, Upholstery Cleaning)
Happy Helpers use a water-based filtration system vacuum cleaners to do upholstery cleaning. We have the Hyla Vacuum system. You can choose from dry vacuum or you may also choose for us to do a foam shampoo of your mattress, sofa, carpets, chairs, etc. Please ask us about the details of this package and we will gladly email you.

Can I request other things to be done from the Happy Helpers?

For additional requests, please inform client servicing prior to the cleaning so we can relay it properly and give instructions to the Happy Helpers. Depending on the scope of the additional request, we may have to increase the number of Happy Helpers or recommend to extend the cleaning time.


During the job, as long as there is enough or extra time, our Happy Helpers can accommodate additional requests. However, if the work exceeds the 5 hours cleaning time, we will have to charge the for an overtime fee of P200 per hour per Happy Helper.

Do I have to pay for transportation?

Our rates include the transportation of our Happy Helpers to your home and back to our office.


The transportation fee is shouldered by the client when the client requests: (1) for a specific booking in a specific area (that is not covered in our schedule for the day) (2) for a booking on days when our van service is coding.

Do I need to prepare any materials?

We bring all of the cleaning materials and solutions. Should you have any special request or any particular cleaning solution that you would like to be used, kindly mention it when you confirm the booking.

Do I have to provide meals for them?

Our Happy Helpers bring their own water and meals. Should you wish to provide extra, we greatly appreciate it.
 

In which areas do you do provide your services?

Our service area are Taguig, Makati and some areas in Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Greenhills,Quezon City, Bicutan, Sucat/Paranaque, Alabang and Muntinlupa. We primarily service Makati and Taguig areas. We cater to other cities in Metro Manila with a minimium call-in service of P2,500.

How do I pay?

You may pay by bank deposit, bank transfer, check or cash on the day of the cleaning.

Do you accept credit cards?

At the moment, we do not accept credit card as a form of payment.

How do I know that the Happy Helpers are trustworthy and honest?

All our Happy Helpers have NBI and Barangay Clearance. They are screened and tested with an 8-step process of recruitment before they are allowed to take a cleaning job. We have our  5 core values in the company and as agreed with our Happy Helpers, we expect everyone in our team to abide and live by it.

All Happy Helpers are insured. 

Clean Bathroom

Can you service during weekends?

Yes!

Do you have night/evening cleaning schedules?

We only do morning and afternoon cleaning schedules. Cleaning sessions are only until 6pm, as our Happy Helpers still go back to their families.

Do you also provide services like stay out yaya?

We only provide part-time helpers for house-related chores. Child-caring/Yaya is not yet a part of our list of services.

Do you clean garage, garden and balcony?

We can include outside cleaning of your house or office, you just need to include the size in square meters of those specific areas.

I don't know the size of my house, can you come and visit?

We can do ocular for spaces higher than 250sqm both residential and non-residential
* For Inside Taguig and Makati free of charge

 * For Quezon City and Green Hills we charge the client transportation back and forth thru Grab
* For Mandaluyong and Ortigas we charge the client P500.00
* For Paranaque, Muntinlupa and Sucat we charge the client P500.00 with toll fee back and forth

My house is actually clean, and I don't need deep cleaning. Do you offer basic cleaning only?

We may offer Subscription Package for basic cleaning needs, however we suggest that clients avail of a Deep Clean first before one can avail of the service. Subscription Package is exclusively for Taguig and Makati clients as of the moment.

Is there additional charge if the Happy Helpers exceed 5 hours?

Our Happy Helpers are efficient and maximize the time for the cleaning sessions. However, if overtime is needed, our overtime charge is P200 per helper per hour.

Do you allow if Iuse my own cleaning materials? What's your rate if I use my own?

Yes, we can use your cleaning materials, but it would be helpful for client services to know what materials specifically will be provided to make sure we would still have the complete set of cleaning materials to complete the job. Same rates apply for the services as our own materials and equipment are already included in the packages.

Do you give discounts?

The rate and quotations we give is the best price we can offer. As a social enterprise we try our best for our Happy Helpers to be paid fairly and have above minimum wage compensation for their work.
