A comprehensive house cleaning service for currently occupied homes, units, and offices. Includes a full sweep, wipe down, sanitizing, and disinfecting of your bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining and common areas. Starts with a team of 2 Happy Helpers at 5 hours per session. Depending on the size of your house or condominium unit, the number of Happy Helpers is adjusted.

For newly constructed and/or renovated homes, units, or offices please book our Post Construction Cleaning Service.

For unoccupied homes, units, or offices with minimal furnishings, please book our Move In & Move Out Cleaning Service. 

Inclusions

Our flagship Deep Cleaning Service includes the following: 

  1. Wipe down, cleaning, and disinfection of kitchen. 
  2. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of bedroom, living room, and dining area. 
  3. Sweeping and mopping/wiping of all floor area, walls, cabinet doors and ceiling corners. 
  4. Total scrubbing and disinfecting of bathroom. 
  5. Cleaning of inside windows. 
  6. Changing of sheets in the bedroom and vacuuming. 
  7. Dusting and wiping of tables and open shelves and the items on it.

Exclusions

The Deep Cleaning Service does not include:

  1. Moving or transporting big items or furniture such as tables, couches, or mattresses.
  2. Removing hard stains.
  3. Scrubbing entire floors and walls - our team will scrub selected areas.
  4. Cleaning of delicate objects like chandeliers.
  5. Cleaning ceilings higher than 10 feet.
  6. Cleaning inside household appliances, cabinets, cupboards, and shower curtains.
  7. Dusting and wiping of the items inside closed cabinets or closets.
  8. Organizing items inside cabinets and cupboards.

    Please note that all website bookings are exclusive of transportation fees to and from our headquarters. We will charge transportation depending on your location.
