We'll help you prepare your new home! A comprehensive cleaning service for unoccupied newly constructed or renovated homes. We will remove the leftover dust, dirt, and debris from all surfaces and rooms. Please note that there is a minimum amount of P2,500 for booking the Post Construction Cleaning Service.

Service Details
The Post-Construction Cleaning Service includes:
- Disinfecting and thorough scrubbing of the bathroom. Cleaning of all surfaces including inside the cabinets.
- Wiping the walls in the entire home or office.
- Sweeping and mopping of the entire floor.
- Cleaning and dusting of the windows (inside only).
- Thorough cleaning of kitchen/pantry surfaces, including the inside of cabinets.
- Cleaning of the refrigerator - please note that the refrigerator should be empty.
- Thorough cleaning of all shelves in all the rooms/office spaces.
- Cleaning inside closets and shelves - please note that this does not include organizing.
- Cleaning of ceilings within 10 feet.
- Vacuuming of beds and sofas if there is still time within the 5 hour allotment.
Service Exclusions
Service Exclusions
The Post Construction Cleaning Service does not include:
- Moving of heavy furniture or items such as sofas, tables, mattresses
- Removal of paint stains and hard stains on any type of surface
- Scrubbing of entire floors and walls - we will clean selected areas
- Cleaning of delicate objects like chandeliers
- Cleaning of grout

Please note that all website bookings are exclusive of transportation fees to and from our headquarters. We will charge transportation depending on your location.
